Shipping policy

As each piece is made to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim of defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective please email hello@rashamansour.com within 24 hours. Custom made pieces by order directly from the designer cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or there was an error in the order.
